Parenting is hard work. How do we nourish ourselves as parents and caregivers? This three part series weaves the potent practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation with brain science to help us slow down & de-stress in the moment. Kundalini yoga is a dynamic practice blending movement, breath, mantra, relaxation, and meditation to tune up the nervous system, create mobility in the spine, and connect to inner truth.

The course will include reflection, movement, and mini-mindfulness techniques that enable us to move through the tough times with grace. Parents may bring children to play during the course. Peaceful Heart Preschool welcomes families to warm up with a cup of tea after the session for connection, discussion, and play.

Amanda Johansson is mama to a rambunctious and sweet toddler and a head-strong and magical preschooler.
