School & Community Wellbeing
Supporting the adults who support our children.
Children thrive when the adults around them feel supported, connected, and resourced. My work focuses on strengthening the wellbeing of caregivers, educators, and community members through consultation, education, and community-based mental health support.
Current Areas of Focus
Parenting groups and caregiver education
Family consultation and support
Educator wellness and mental health support
Community workshops and learning opportunities
Resource navigation and community connection
School-family-community partnerships
My Approach
Connection creates capacity.
When we slow down and reconnect with ourselves, we are better able to show up for the people who depend on us. My work is grounded in the belief that wellbeing grows through relationships, community, and intentional support—not through striving for perfection.
Current Role
