Sturdy Parenting

Parenting young children can be joyful, exhausting, and everything in between. If you're navigating tantrums, big emotions, bedtime battles, sibling conflict, or power struggles, you're not alone.

Join us for a free four-week parenting series designed to provide practical tools, support, and connection with other caregivers. Together, we'll explore how young children's brains develop, how to respond to challenging behaviors with confidence, and how to create more calm, cooperation, and connection at home.

This series draws from the research and teachings of Good InsideThe Whole-Brain Child, and Circle of Security and is designed to be supportive, practical, and free of judgment.
