Therapy

Therapy

You may be carrying a lot: stress, burnout, grief, relationship patterns, parenting demands, hormonal shifts, anxiety, trauma, or a life season that no longer fits the way it once did.

Therapy offers space to slow down and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we will explore the patterns, assumptions, and survival strategies you may have outgrown, while supporting your nervous system and your capacity to choose what comes next.

My approach is whole-person, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection: with yourself, your body, your story, your relationships, and the life you are intentionally creating.

Areas I support

  • Stress, burnout, and overwhelm

  • Anxiety and nervous system dysregulation

  • Trauma and relational wounds

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and parenting

  • PMDD, hormonal shifts, perimenopause, and women’s health-related emotional changes

  • Relationship patterns and boundaries

  • Grief, change, and meaning-making

  • Self-worth, perfectionism, and people-pleasing

What therapy may involve

Our work may include slowing down, noticing what happens in your body, unpacking old patterns, making meaning of your story, strengthening boundaries, reconnecting with your values, and practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I draw from somatic, mindfulness-based, Gestalt, narrative, feminist, and whole-person approaches. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. You are in the driver’s seat.

The benefits you can expect

Therapy can help you feel more grounded, more self-trusting, and more intentional in your choices. Over time, you may begin to understand yourself with more compassion, respond instead of react, and move through the world with more clarity, steadiness, and connection.
